The following properties are currently sought after by 35 Oaks buyers.  If you're a property owner matching the specs below, or a buyer looking to be added to our client list, please let us know.
 
Hasley Canyon land and ranch properties – Several buyers seeking properties with acreage and views in this corner of Castaic.  We maintain a buyer list exclusively for this area.  
 
Sand Canyon/Placerita Canyon – Single-family home on 1+ acre ranch properties, budget of $1-2.5M. 
Tujunga/Chatsworth/Fillmore/Moorpark – Undeveloped land or SFH on 5+ acres, flat and accessible terrain with utilities, budget of $1.5-2.5M.
Santa Clarita/Stevenson Ranch/Castaic – 5 bedroom home with yard, no pool, and low HOA, up to $1.1M.
Home or raw land – 5+ acres with privacy for small events, Tujunga/SCV/Chatsworth, up to $3M.
Industrial land – M1/M2 parcel along the 5/14 freeway corridors or The Old Road/Sierra Highway.  Open to Palmdale/Lancaster for the right property.  Budget of $500-800k.
Raw land – 8,000 sq. ft. minimum lot size in Chatsworth/Topanga area, primarily flat and buildable, up to $300k.

Fixers/Rehab properties in greater Thousand Oaks/Simi Valley area - Flexible budget, owner-carry financing preferred.
Raw land - 3+ acres in Malibu/Santa Monica Mountains, north to the Santa Clarita Valley Area, with A-2 zoning and access to utilities, flexible budget with investment partners.
