Unlike traditional brokerage models, there is not an open door policy, in an effort to preserve the integrity of the organization and what we stand for.  We encourage accomplished and rookie licensed California real estate agents who align with our brand to apply, as well as anyone interested in obtaining their real estate license in the near future.  Mentorship for driven individuals, particularly those from the law enforcement community, is always available.  We take pride in supporting our retired or injured police and military partners as they transition to a secondary career or simply part-time, and we'd be honored to have you join us.
